Powerhouse Genetics: Our deer possess superior genetics, evident as soon as you see them.
Age: We only harvest mature, older deer.
Nutrition: We provide a 16% protein pellet feed custom blended for us in Okeechobee, along with planting high-protein grasses and forage across our preserve.
When Do We Harvest White Tail Deer?
While the State allows hunting white tails earlier, we typically start at the beginning of October. Cooler weather means fewer bugs and the onset of pre-rut for our deer.
Recommended Firearms
- Caliber: Any caliber from .243 to .338 works well.
- Scope: A good quality scope is essential, with shots typically around 100 yards.

After the Harvest
After the celebratory high-fives and photos, we bring your trophy white tail deer to our cleaning and processing area. The cost of your hunt includes skinning, quartering, and taxidermy prep work if desired. Just bring a cooler.
